The Environmental Legislation sets the framework for an activity’s establishment, extension or amendment, while its Environmental licensing constitutes a condition precedent for its operation to commence.
Furthermore, in order for the activity to be operational, specific parameters and variables which enable it to adhere to its environmental terms must be monitored, registered and assessed, while any new environmental aspects and impacts must be timely identified.
Q4U has extensive experience in the preparation of environmental impact studies, as well as other reports required by the environmental legislation. It also provides consulting services regarding the environmentally compliant operation of existing facilities.
Waste Management Activities Licensing
